Mastering Goal Setting and Follow Through
For individuals or organizations goal setting is only the beginning but it is the key to reaching the accomplishments you set for yourself. Deciding what you want to achieve is a major stumbling block for most people. They are defeated before they began. Everything in life is also a trade off; therefore, decisions are not easy. There will be obstacles and challenges. Planning how to deal with conflicts in accomplishing our mission is vital. Time is the unforgiving element in any plan. Deciding what to do when is essential. This workshop is designed to help you walk through the process of goal setting and leave with a plan for action. There are built-in strategies to follow your progress and guide you through trouble spots.

Who is the instructor?
Dr. Mitch Carnell is the former President/CEO of the Charleston Speech and Hearing Center and an adjunct professor in the Human Resource Management Graduate Program of Webster University. He is the author of two books and more than 150 articles for professional and lay publications. He has conducted workshops throughout the United States and in Australia, Ireland, and the Caribbean.
