Trust in non-negotiable. How does one earn, maintain, foster and re-gain trust? Trust underlies every relationship. It is a factor in every business or professional decision.
This workshop takes a hard nosed approach to following the steps necessary for gaining a reputation of being trust-worthy and for maintaining that position. It is also necessary to foster trust in those with whom we are associated. Sometimes it becomes necessary to regain a lost reputation of trust. This workshop lays out a plan for accomplishing these goals.

Who is the leader?
Dr. Mitch Carnell is the former President/CEO of the Charleston Speech and Hearing Center. He is an adjunct professor in the Human Resources Management Graduate Program of Webster University. He is a Fellow of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and was awarded the Order of the Palmetto South Carolina’s highest citizenship award. He is the author of two books and more than 150 articles in lay and professional publications. He is a business consultant and seminar leader on improving communication and customer service.
